Crown Heights Community Organization will be having an art show at Darla Ebanks' My Gallery NYC at 587 Franklin Avenue (at the corner of Pacific St.) January 26 to 28. January 26 will be a preview, the reception and opening will be on January 27, 4pm to 9pm and closing will be on the 28th. Five artists will be shown: Foremost will be Aleathea Sapp-Jimenez who has done a three panel work, each panel 10X10, celebrating 12 restaurants on Nostrand Avenue in two blocks between Prospect Place and Bergen Street. Hello I am new to this site. I run Crown Heights Community Organization, which seeks to link different organizations to effectively help each one accomplish its goals. I particularly support non-profits such as Success to Freedom, an innocence project, Little Brothers, which pays visits to the elderly in danger of isolation, Block Associations, such St. Marks Independent Block Association and Brooklyn Avenue Block Association, and certain businesses such as Crown Heights Street Care, Bree&Milly, Bobbie Allison, Rehab Haven, E-Kutz, SoulBK, VivLivPublishing and more.
