I'm not the type of person that likes to ask for help, always giving help, but I had a stroke in January this year and Medicaid don't pay the little bills I have. Trying not to worry about how I can pay only 2 bills to keep me from getting sicker till the end of the year is very stressful and unhealthy for my heart.
Going through this experience in my life has taught me that when a person is sick, is the time family and friends should step up instead of turning their back on them. That's another stressful situation for a sick person who is trying to heal.
